For a client active in the biotechnology sector, we are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join their logistics team in Leuven. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, international environment focused on innovation in life sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately register incoming goods in the ERP system
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure proper labeling and storage
- Manage stock levels and perform regular inventory checks
- Rotate stock to ensure that the oldest materials are used first
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality Control, and Purchasing to resolve several issues
- Make sure the warehouse is clean and tidy all the time

- A secondary school certificate and/or proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- A forklift certificate or experience driving a forklift is very interesting, but not yet a must
- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems is a plus
- Good command of English
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Accurate, reliable, and a proactive team player
