Key Responsibilities:

- Handle dealer calls and interpret enquiries via our platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve urgent dealer issues promptly and professionally.

- Deliver tailored training on programs and tools to ensure dealer success.

- Collect and share dealer feedback with internal teams to drive improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the dealer experience.
