As a Transport Finance Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between our internal departments and the external Freight Audit provider. Your main tasks include:
- Issue resolution: Investigate and solve discrepancies in freight invoices, transport costs, or data inconsistencies.
- Coordination & communication: Act as the primary contact between internal teams (transport, accounting, and site operations) and the external audit partner.
- Data management: Upload and maintain data files in the Freight Audit system to enable accurate cost verification.
- Administrative support: Keep master data and business rules up to date within the transport invoicing process.
- Reporting & analysis: Use Excel and Power BI to create insightful reports on transport spending and invoicing performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with logistics planners, carriers, and finance teams to ensure all costs are billed and paid correctly.
- Process improvement: Contribute to optimizing and expanding the freight invoicing process for greater efficiency.
- Cost analysis: Analyze overall freight spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements.

- Bachelor¹s degree, preferably with a background in logistics, finance, or business administration.
- Proficiency in Power BI and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
